Return Policy

AbadFace Skincare Return Policy Effective date: December 1, 2025

We want you to love your routine, and we’re here to help if something isn’t working out. AbadFace Skincare is a Canadian company, and our products are manufactured in Canada. This Return Policy applies to purchases made directly on abadface.com. If you purchased our products from an authorized retail partner, please contact that retailer to arrange a return under their return policies; we are unable to process returns or refunds for items not purchased directly from our website. Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws. For Canadian customers, those laws include mandatory protections under provincial and federal legislation. If a law requires a different outcome than what appears here, that law will govern.

If you are not satisfied with a product purchased on abadface.com, you may request a return within 30 days from the date your order shows as delivered by the carrier. To be eligible, products must be at least 75% full and, when possible, returned with all original packaging components, including the outer carton, inserts, and any gifts with purchase. For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept items that are heavily used, contaminated, tampered with, or damaged due to misuse or improper storage. Items clearly marked “Final Sale,” limited editions identified as non‑returnable at the time of purchase, free samples, and trial-size or mini products are not eligible for return or refund. Items sold as a set or bundle must be returned in full as a complete set to qualify for a refund; partial refunds are not available for sets. Gift cards are nonrefundable and cannot be redeemed for cash except where required by applicable law.

To initiate a return, please visit our return portal at [insert link] or email hello@abadface.com within 30 days of delivery, including your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. We will provide return authorization (RMA) and instructions. Please wait for authorization before sending anything back. Customer service may refuse returns shipped without authorization, without a valid order number, or to an incorrect address. Such returns will not be eligible for a refund. Once your return is authorized, please ship it within 14 days of receiving the authorization. Returned products remain your responsibility until they are delivered to our designated Canadian return address. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining proof of postage. Unless we have made an error or the item is confirmed to be defective or incorrect, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. If we cannot identify the sender or locate an order number, we cannot process a refund. Items incorrectly sent to us cannot be credited and will not be returned.

After we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued to the original form of payment only; we cannot refund to a different card or issue cash refunds. We aim to process refunds within 5 to 12 business days after your return is delivered to our facility, though your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the credit. Original shipping fees are nonrefundable unless required by law. If your order included a promotional gift with purchase and you choose not to return the qualifying items, we may deduct the value of the gift from your refund. If a chargeback is initiated while a return is in process, we may suspend the refund until the chargeback is resolved.

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@abadface.com with your order number, clear photos, and a brief description of the issue. Once verified, we will provide a prepaid return label or a replacement at no cost to you, or issue a refund depending on your preference and product availability. If you experience a sensitivity or reaction, discontinue use immediately and contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number, the product name, a brief description of the reaction, and photos if available. While individual results and sensitivities can vary, we will work with you under this policy to find an appropriate resolution. We encourage patch testing new products and reviewing ingredient lists before first use; this recommendation does not limit your rights under this policy.

We do not currently offer exchanges or store credit. If you would like a different item, please return the eligible product for a refund and place a new order. For gifts purchased on abadface.com and shipped to a gift recipient, refunds can only be issued to the original form of payment used for the purchase. If you received AbadFace Skincare as a gift and would like to explore options, please get in touch with us. While we cannot guarantee alternatives, we will do our best to assist within the limits of this policy and applicable law.

Suppose a package is refused at delivery, marked undeliverable, or returned to us due to an incomplete or incorrect address. In that case, we will refund the product price once it is received back at our Canadian facility, less the original shipping and any return shipping, handling, or carrier fees we incur, except where prohibited by law. For orders shipped outside Canada (including to the United States), duties and import taxes collected by carriers or customs are not refundable by AbadFace Skincare. You may be able to seek a refund directly from the carrier or the relevant customs authority. Cross‑border returns must follow our authorization process and be shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) to our Canadian return address to avoid refusal.

To protect our customers and the integrity of our policies, we monitor for excessive, abusive, or fraudulent return activity. We reserve the right to limit or refuse returns, suspend accounts, or decline orders that we reasonably suspect are abusive or inconsistent with this policy. If you believe a decision was made in error, please contact hello@abadface.com, and we will review it promptly. AbadFace Skincare reserves the right, in its sole discretion and consistent with applicable law, to determine eligibility for returns and refunds under this policy and to update the policy at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page, effective on a new date.
